Hand Speed & 3:4 Warm-up


Here's a little 3:4 poly-metric coordination workout you can do in only a few minutes to improve your hand speed, coordination, and precision. 

The video below is a demonstration of the exercise at a few different tempos. To really have this exercise sink in, I recommend playing it at one tempo for several minutes before moving on.
